1. INTRODUCTION

At VVS Diamond, every piece of jewelry is crafted and inspected with the utmost care and precision.
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets our high standards of quality.

Because of the intimate and hygienic nature of fine jewelry, as well as our commitment to product authenticity, we have established the following Return & Exchange Policy.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


2. GENERAL POLICY

We accept returns for eligible items in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any delivery or shipping charges.

Certain items may be excluded from returns or exchanges as outlined below.


3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

A return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date your order was delivered.

Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.

A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Special orders

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry

Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Additionally, due to health, hygiene, and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

Earrings, ear cuffs, nose rings, or other pierced jewelry


5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, we will accept returns or exchanges in cases where:

The item received is defective,

The item was damaged during shipment, or

The item received is incorrect or not as described.

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery, along with photographs for verification.

If approved, VVS Diamond will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, at our discretion.


6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect item.

You must use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment.

VVS Diamond is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


7. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESSING

All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team.

If the return meets all requirements outlined in this policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping or delivery fees.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.


8. REGIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

United States & Canada

“All Sales Final” and “Store Credit Only” policies are valid when disclosed prior to purchase.
Customers retain the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or credit) for defective, damaged, or misdescribed items.

United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
This right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry, or
  • Pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

For these exempt items, all sales are final and returns will be processed for store credit only.

European Union

In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry, or
  • Pierced jewelry and other items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

For these exempt products, all sales are final and returns will be processed for store credit only.


9. MODIFICATIONS

VVS Diamond reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All revisions will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website.
