Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery or shipping charges.

Special orders, custom-made, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

A return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To keep your lab-grown diamond earrings shining at their brightest, gently clean them with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush to remove daily oils or buildup. Always dry with a lint-free cloth and store them separately in their jewelry box to prevent scratches.

All VVS Diamond Jewelry come with a professional appraisal. For larger center stones, typically 2 carats and above, a complimentary diamond grading certificate will also be provided when applicable.
